Food & Beverage Manager
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team.
Planning and organsing special functions.
Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
Train and supervise bar and waiting staff.
Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
At least 3 years experience managing a bar or restaurant.
Must hold current Duty Managers Licence.
Exceptional customer service.
Ability to work with and lead a team.
Experience with WizBang POS and WizBang inventory management preferred.
