Pandoro Panetteria are a renowned for making delicious pastries, breads and cakes and we are looking for a new team member. Our products are created from scratch using real ingredients and traditional artisan methods. We are a family owned business and are proud to be able to offer our specialised products in a retail environment.
We are looking for an Assistant Café Manager for our Parnell location who will be able to motivate and lead our team to offer the very best customer service experience possible in a fast paced environment.
Ideally you will be passionate about Food and Coffee, and be able to set the standards. If you are Barista trained, this will be an advantage but full training will be provided.
You will be great with people, going that extra mile to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit our Café. The role is varied and no two days will be the same!
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of six month's experience in a customer service role and may have previously lead a team. They will have excellent communication skills and have a good command of the English language.
This is a full time position which will include one weekend shift. Our shifts start early morning and afternoon finishes. An immediate start is possible, however we are happy to negotiate with the right candidate.
